However, if the address is correct, we recommend checking your mailbox and surrounding area to ensure it hasn’t been left outside. We begin customizing your order as soon as payment is processed. To request changes, please reach out to us within 24 hours. While we do our best to accommodate late requests, modifications after this period cannot be guaranteed.

You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your shipment. However, customized products are made exclusively for you, so we can’t accept returns for non-quality reasons since they can’t be restocked or resold.
