If you don’t have your order number, we can locate it using your email address, full name, and shipping address. You can also find it in your account, packing slip, and order confirmation emails.
How should I package my return?Please use a sturdy cardboard box for your return and include a paper with your order ID inside. Fill any empty space with packing materials to prevent damage during transit. Returns damaged due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund. Drxon will provide the return address; please contact us before sending your return to avoid inconvenience. Note that our return address may differ from the label on your parcel.
How long will it take to process my return?
Processing a return takes 5-7 business days after it’s delivered to our warehouse.

What happens if my return is lost in the mail?
We strongly recommend saving your return tracking number until your package is processed. Taking a photo of your return slip may help if your package is lost in transit. Refunds cannot be issued for items not received by festiveadvent. However, if you provide a return tracking number showing confirmed delivery, a claim can be opened.
Why didn’t I receive a full refund?
Shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund. In cases where the return is due to consumer error, the consumer is responsible for return shipping costs, which vary by courier. If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping fees.
Notices:
- If you need to return a product, it must be packed in the original box. If the original box is lost, a $15 fee applies.
- Customers will incur a $30 additional shipping fee in the following cases: a. Delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided during ordering. b. The customer refuses the package or does not pick it up when it arrives.
