• United States: 7-15 Days
• UK & Europe: 5-15 Days

Order Processing
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. During sales, dispatch may take up to 7 days. Natural disasters and severe weather can cause delays.

Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days. Some countries may experience longer shipping times, especially Brazil, Mexico, and Romania. Festiveadvent is not responsible for customs delays.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 1-2 days for tracking updates.

Missing or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 15 days if your order is incorrect or missing items. After this period, we assume the order was received as indicated on the invoice.

Shipping to PO Boxes or Military Addresses
We do not ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Delayed Packages
Packages may be delayed due to incomplete addresses, customizations, or extreme weather. Track your package and contact us or the courier for any issues.

Shipping Options
We use FedEx, UPS, USPS for US orders, and DHL, GES, TNT for international orders.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect address is provided, additional fees may apply to reroute the package. Always double-check your shipping address.

Refused Packages
If you plan to refuse a package, contact us first. If a package is refused at delivery, no refunds will be issued.

International Taxes and Duties
Import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyer’s responsibility, except for the UK. Festiveadvent is not responsible for these charges.
